• The Service is intended for pest control operators to manage inventory.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

3. Subscription and Fees

• The Service offers a free one-month trial. After the trial, pricing is $89 per month for one branch and $70 per additional branch.

• Payments are billed monthly and are non-refundable.

• We reserve the right to change subscription fees with prior notice.

4. Privacy and Data Security

• Your data is stored securely. However, we are not responsible for any data loss or unauthorized access.

• By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. User Responsibilities

• You may not use the Service for illegal purposes or to store unauthorized content.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of inventory data entered.

6. Account Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

• If your account is terminated, you may request access to your stored data within 14 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

• We provide the Service “as is” and make no guarantees regarding uptime or accuracy.

• We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service.

• You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the Service without our permission.
