Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using PCOInventory (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Free Trial & Subscription

1.1 Free Trial

• New customers are eligible for a one-month free trial of the PCOInventory service.
• A valid credit card is required to begin the free trial.
• You will not be charged during the free trial period.

1.2 Automatic Billing

• At the end of the free trial, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan.
• Your credit card will be automatically charged the monthly fee based on your selected plan:
  • $95/month for one branch 
  • $70/month for each additional branch
• Charges will occur on the same day each month as your trial start date.

2. No Contract – Cancel Anytime

• This Agreement is not a contract—you may cancel at any time without penalties.
• To cancel your subscription, you must:
  • Log into your account and select the cancellation option.
  • Cancel before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the following month.
• No refunds or prorated credits will be issued for partial months of service.

3. Payment & Fees

• Payment Method: You authorize us to charge the credit card provided at sign-up for recurring monthly fees.
• Failed Payments: If a payment is declined, we will notify you. Your access may be suspended until payment is received.
• Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. Service Availability & Support

• We strive to provide uninterrupted access to the PCOInventory platform. However, occasional downtime for maintenance or unforeseen issues may occur.
• Customer Support is available for technical issues and billing inquiries at [your email].

5. Data & Privacy

• Your business and inventory data remain your property.
• We implement security measures to protect your data, but you are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
• For details on how we collect and use data, refer to our [Privacy Policy].

6. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
  • You violate any terms of this Agreement.
  • Payment is not received after multiple attempts.

7. Changes to This Agreement

• We may update these terms from time to time. Any significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications.
• Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
